Pants On The Ground

Cae, one day when you're older and we are all sitting around telling stories about the silly things you did as a child we are sure this incident will come up... As you get older and start asserting your independence, mommy and daddy are increasingly noticing your personality starting to emerge. You are your own little man with your own opinions. This is becoming more and more evident as you start wanting to dress yourself and pick out your own clothes, and was painfully obvious today when you insisted we get in the va-va-voom* with you dressed like a crazy homeless man. A Nike jersey under a white onesie, one sock, one shoe, and no pants or diaper (we're potty training - don't judge). Apparently that's how Cae rolls...
Cae, we've already established that you're not quite like other kids . Please, let's at least attempt to give people the impression that you're semi-normal. Or, at the very least, that your parents care about you enough to provide you with an entire outfit!!

* A va-va-voom is a car. Caleb refuses to say the word car. It is always a va-va-voom. He will sound it out, "Caa...aa...rrraa" and spell it out, "C A R," but as soon as you ask him to say car it's va-va-voom this and va-va-voom that. We still haven't figured out why he says it, but for the time being it's kind-of cute.
